Aaj ham baat karne wale hai ki ham healthy kais rahein.
Aaj ke samay har ensaan ek se adhik work karte hai.
Kyoki unhe apni jimmedariyoin  ke saath saath apne sunahre sapno ko bhi sach karna.
Es bhagti jindgi me ham apni syathya par dhyaan nahi de paate hain.
Aur kab hamari be ody beemari ka ghar ban jati hai hame pata hi nahi chal paata
Jab hame ye aihsas hota hai ki hamari efficiency means work karne ki chamta kam ho gai hai to ham apne sarir par dhyaan dete hai.
To kyo na ham pahle se hi sachet rahein aur  desease means beemari ko apne sarir me pravesh hi na karne de.
Muchhe es par ek muhavra yaad aata hai 
     "Prevention is better than cure"
Hame syasthya rahne ke liye kai baatoin ka dyaan rakhna jaruri means important hai 
1-_- water 
Water ek important role play karta hai hamari body ko fit rakhne me.
Hame pani ka sevan har ghente karib 250ml pani peena chahiye.
Dhyaan rakhe ki paani ek baar me jyada na piye bulki kam kam aur bara-bar peete rahe .
Ab baat aati hai ki ham kis tarah ka panee piye .
Uchit yahi hai ki aap hamesha pani ko boil kare and use thandha karke Estemalkare.
Esase paani me panap rahe bacteria,some virus, fungi,ya phir koi dusara organism mar jayenge jisese paani peene layak ho jaata hai.
2-_- Food
Ham ham baat karenge ki hamara khana kis tarah ka hona chahiye.
Jab khane ki baat aati hai to aksar ham use apni swad ko dhyan me rakh kar use khate hai.
Esse hame kai samasyaoin ka saamna karna padta hai.
Jab khane ki baat aaye to hame apni tongue ki bajaye apne stomach pet ke baare me padhna chahiye.
And ye pata karna chahiye ki akhir hamare pet ko kaisa khana pasand hai.
Yo kis tarah ke khane ko asani se digest kar leta hai.
Agar hamara bhojan supachya hai to yo asani se utilise means absorb ho jayega hamari cells ke dvara.
3-_-Cloth 
Ye ek ajeeb lagega ki akheer hamare kapdoin ka hamari sehat se kya lena dena ho sakta hai bhala.
To choakiye nahi eska hamare swathya se indirect relation hai.
Pahla agar hamare kapde saaf suthre hai to usme rah rahe microorganim mar jayenge.
Aur hame kai beemarion se bacha lenge .
